The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ehrmantraut looking to land some kicks to the body here.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ehrmantraut is defended easily by Azuma.
Azuma connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ehrmantraut momentarily.

It looks like Michael Ehrmantraut has been cut.
Ehrmantraut misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Azuma swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ehrmantraut tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Azuma was well out of range. Poor timing from Ehrmantraut.

Azuma closes the distance and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Azuma breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Azuma steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ehrmantraut.
Azuma scores with a leg kick.
Azuma tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ehrmantraut manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Azuma pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ehrmantraut drops down looking for a counter takedown but Azuma sprawls and moves away.

Ehrmantraut connects with a crisp jab.
Azuma scores with a punch to the head.
Ehrmantraut chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Azuma can pounce on him.

Ehrmantraut paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Ehrmantraut manages to break the clinch.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Ehrmantraut fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Azuma manages to avoid it.
Azuma lands with an uppercut that bounces Ehrmantraut off the cage and back into range.

Azuma throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Ehrmantraut tumbling to the canvas!

Ehrmantraut is rocked!
Azuma gets to his feet and stands over Ehrmantraut, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Ehrmantraut felt that one! Azuma unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Ehrmantraut from any more punishment!
