Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kesuke Miyagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keiran Corkhill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miyagi comes to the cage accompanied by Your'e The Best Around. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Keiran Corkhill!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyagi tries a low kick but Corkhill avoids it.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Corkhill has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Miyagi sneaks out the side door and pushes Corkhill away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Corkhill closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Miyagi has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Corkhill is on him like a limpet, forcing Miyagi back against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

A relieved looking Kesuke Miyagi thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
