Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Heriberto Parks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kalle Kullervo!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kullervo throws a sloppy head kick and Parks moves out of range easily.
Kullervo tries to clinch but Parks moves away
and Parks counters with a one-two to the body.
Kullervo scores with a body shot.
Kullervo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Parks looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kullervo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kullervo closes the distance but Parks moves to the side
and Parks counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Parks gets tackled into the cage by Kullervo. Kullervo maintains the clinch.
Kullervo wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kullervo wants to stall.
Parks really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Parks takes an elbow to the temple.
It looks like Heriberto Parks has been cut.
Kullervo taking a breather.
Kullervo landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Parks is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kullervo lands a knee to the head.
Kullervo breaks from the clinch.
Kullervo tries to clinch but Parks moves out of range.
Kullervo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Parks paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kullervo pushes Parks against the cage. Kullervo is working some dirty boxing. Kullervo pushes off with a quick right hook! Parks goes down! Parks tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Kullervo moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kalle Kullervo!
