The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Toral looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Shannon!
Toral tries to move into full mount but can't pass Shannon's legs.
Toral advances to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Toral wants to control the pace but Shannon is squirming around nicely.

Toral goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Shannon is on top in guard.

Toral is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Shannon defends well.

Shannon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Toral has his feet on Shannon's thighs here. He's pushed Shannon off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Shannon screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
