Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Pott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rudi Dassler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pott comes to the cage accompanied by I Luv It. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dassler keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Pott.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dassler is defended easily by Pott.
Pott looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Pott takes a swing at Dassler's ribcage but misses.
Pott throws a looping overhand right but Dassler ducks down to avoid it.
Dassler will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dassler is defended easily by Pott.
Roger Pott has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rudi Dassler.

Dassler tries to close the distance and clinch but Pott swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pott swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Dassler uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pott.
Dassler is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pott sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Pott looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Dassler looks to clinch
and Pott counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Rudi Dassler has been cut.
Dassler fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Dassler avoids the body shot from Pott.
Pott scores with a shot to the body.
Pott lands a lovely overhand right.

and Dassler counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Dassler drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dassler is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Pott pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Pott breaks the clinch.
Pott lunges at Dassler with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Dassler's hand.
Dassler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pott is fending him off so far but Dassler persists. Nope, Pott circles away and we're back to standing.
Pott swings for the body but Dassler moves out of range.
Dassler drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Pott defends it well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dassler slips a jab from Pott.
Pott scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Dassler fails with a takedown attempt.

Dassler shoots and misses
and Pott counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Pott shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dassler eats them both and turns towards Pott to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Pott lands a nice looking body shot.
Dassler walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Pott! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
