Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ichabod Crane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Patton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crane's entrance music is Way of The Ninja. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ichabod Crane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rick Patton!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patton punishes Crane's body with a nice straight punch.

Patton has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Patton is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Crane still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Crane has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Crane, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
