Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greene lands with a shot to the body.
Jigoro is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Greene.
Greene lands a nice hook to Jigoro's body. Jigoro takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Jigoro walks into a jab.
Jigoro drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Greene tries to improve position but can't.
Greene pushes Jigoro away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jigoro gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Jigoro fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Jigoro misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jigoro thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Greene is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Fight Training Center that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Greene misses with some strikes from the bottom.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Greene shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jigoro eats them both and turns towards Greene to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Jigoro changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Greene tries to avoid it but Jigoro manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Greene to the ground. Greene escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
It looked like Greene wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Decent striking displayed by Greene there.
Jigoro with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Greene to score with a decent uppercut.
Jigoro is rocked!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Greene. Jigoro shrugs it off though.
Jigoro is still on wobbly legs! Can Greene finish him?
Greene connects with a stiff jab that staggers Jigoro - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
