The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

McCoy works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

McCoy decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Romanow jabs at McCoy's body.

McCoy has closed the distance and engaged Romanow in a clinch.
McCoy displaying some good clinch control by pressing Romanow up against the cage.
McCoy misses with a knee strike.
Romanow is trying to push McCoy away but McCoy has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Romanow is working McCoy over against the cage.

McCoy gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McCoy not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McCoy stands up and waves to Romanow to follow him.

The crowd cheers as Romanow lands an impressive looking overhand right. McCoy doesn't seem phased though.

McCoy circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Romanow. McCoy falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Romanow!
