Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vaan Tseng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oswald Jokinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vaan Tseng has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vaan Tseng!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oswald Jokinen!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jokinen throws a jab but it's blocked by Tseng.
Jokinen sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Jokinen misses with a right hand
and Tseng counters with an inside leg kick.
Tseng lands a right hook to the body.

Tseng lands a head kick that stumbles Jokinen and the fighters go to the mat.


It looks like Oswald Jokinen has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tseng lands a couple of digs.
Jokinen wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Tseng manages to pass to side control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tseng throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jokinen sees it coming and avoids it easily.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jokinen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jokinen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Jokinen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Vaan Tseng is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Some bone on bone action there as Jokinen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

A nice side step and Jokinen releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Oswald Jokinen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jokinen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tseng manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Nice uppercut lands for Jokinen. That snapped Tseng's head back.
Jokinen swings widly with a right hand
and Tseng counters with a nice leg kick.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Oswald Jokinen.
I think Tseng has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
