The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rad does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
It seemed like Prime was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Prime slips a jab from Rad.
Rad scores with a hook.
Rad misses with a body shot.
Prime feints a counter leg kick.

Prime fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rad, pushing him back against the cage.
Prime prevents a body shot from Rad.
Rad lands a body shot in the clinch.
Prime lands a hook to the side of the head.
Prime lands a hook that snaps the head of Rad backwards.
Rad softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Rad misses with a body punch.

Rad scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Prime doesn't seem bothered though.

Prime gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Rad throws a punch but it's blocked by Prime.
Rad goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Prime swings wildly with an uppercut but Rad uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rad throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Rad ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Prime feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Rad's calf.
Rad cracks Prime with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Rad is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Prime scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Rad thuds a left hand into Prime's body.
Prime lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Prime swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Rad counters with a single leg into guard. Prime didn't expect that.

Prime pushes Rad off and gets back to his feet.

Rad clobbers Prime with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Rad ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Prime looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Prime takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Prime has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Rad.
Rad scores with a decent looking hook.
Rad scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Prime is rocked!
Rad comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Rad scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Prime is still on wobbly legs! Can Rad finish him?

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rad works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Rad lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Prime backwards.

Rad makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Rad lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Prime to his knees! Rad keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
