Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Mega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pithe Canthropus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mega's entrance music is Black and Yellow. A fine choice. Canthropus has chosen Pizzaman - Trippin' On Sunshine as his entrance music. Max Mega could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Pithe Canthropus's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canthropus lands with a nice body punch.
Canthropus has a takedown stuffed.
Mega drops his hands momentarily and Canthropus takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Canthropus shoots in but no luck this time.
Canthropus swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Canthropus gets caught flat footed, as Mega shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Canthropus looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Canthropus is trying to keep Mega in close.
Mega trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Mega wants to control from the top but Canthropus keeps moving.
Mega is really struggling to control Canthropus but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Mega loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Mega stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Canthropus throws up his legs and catches Mega in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Mega tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Canthropus! That came out of nowhere!

Pithe Canthropus really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that VIRAL COMBAT logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
