Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iwan Matwijenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Drogo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matwijenko comes to the cage accompanied by RANDORI!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matwijenko throws a right and a left that Drogo avoids nicely.
Drogo throws a leg kick but Matwijenko sees it coming and moves out of range.
Good work by Drogo as he checks the leg kick.
Karl Drogo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drogo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Matwijenko throws out the jab.
A left and a right from Drogo both land. Nice combination.
Drogo throws a leg kick which misses Matwijenko's front leg but catches the back leg as Matwijenko tries to avoid it.
Drogo is looking to chop away at Matwijenko's legs.
It looked like Matwijenko wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Drogo lands a nice leg kick that just misses Matwijenko's sensitive parts.
Drogo lands a body shot.
Drogo lands with a right hand.
Drogo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Drogo misses with a head kick.

Matwijenko throws a leg kick but Drogo checks it.
Drogo appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Matwijenko swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Matwijenko throws a leg kick but Drogo checks it.
Drogo throws a nice outside leg kick.
Drogo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Matwijenko throws a one two combo.

Matwijenko looks to land a right hand but Drogo moved out of range.
Drogo does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Drogo scoring well with a low kick there.
Good exchange - Matwijenko coming out on top.
Matwijenko drops Drogo with a naaaaasty hook - Drogo is in real trouble here! Matwijenko dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Iwan Matwijenko tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
