Fukuzawa comes into the arena with In Flames - Colony blaring out of the sound system. AL Lickertwat acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Lickertwat as he connects with a hook.

Lickertwat attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Lickertwat misses with a straight left.
A counter left hand to the body from Fukuzawa misses its target.
Lickertwat throws out a loose jab but Fukuzawa uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fukuzawa feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Lickertwat darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A nice leg kick lands there from Fukuzawa.
Fukuzawa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lickertwat.
Lickertwat scores with a decent looking hook.
Lickertwat lunges at Fukuzawa with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Fukuzawa's hand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lickertwat moves away from the strike by Fukuzawa.
Lickertwat tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fukuzawa was well out of range. Poor timing from Lickertwat.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lickertwat, as that shot connected.
Fukuzawa ducks under a wild hook from Lickertwat.
Lickertwat lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Fukuzawa connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Lickertwat takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fukuzawa avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lickertwat throws a body shot but no joy.
Fukuzawa swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

AL Lickertwat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Fukuzawa scores with a counter punch that sends Lickertwat to the canvas! Fukuzawa smells blood - he's punishing Lickertwat with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Lickertwat has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Itagaki Fukuzawa tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
