The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahlo defending well as Hunt loads up on a big left hand.
Hunt just misses with a punch to the body.

and Ahlo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Hunt throws a hook but Ahlo blocks it.

Hunt throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ahlo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ahlo cracks Hunt with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ahlo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hunt to stand back up!
Hunt is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ahlo thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hunt if he has to take too many more of those.
Hunt is still on wobbly legs! Can Ahlo finish him?
We've been hearing reports that Ahlo has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hunt has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Hunt goes for a takedown in the clinch but Ahlo prevents it.

Ahlo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A slow jab from Ahlo misses its intended target.
Hunt misses with a double jab.
Ahlo jabs Hunt to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Fedor Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ahlo cracks Hunt with an open hand slap.
Ahlo drops Hunt with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hunt looks back up at him and smiles so Ahlo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Hunt leaves his chin hanging out and Ahlo seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Hunt crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ville Ahlo!
Ville Ahlo gave a mention to V-Mask Clothing (10%) in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
