Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Guilherme Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazunori Ishii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Guerreiro by Curumin. Ishii has chosen Imagine Dragons - Radioactive as his entrance music. The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Topper Green and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishii scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Ishii jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Alves throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Ishii counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Alves explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ishii, as that shot connected.
Ishii throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Alves sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ishii rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Alves moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Alves fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ishii manages to avoid it.
Alves misses with a body kick.
Alves throws an off balance right hand
and Ishii counters with a nice uppercut.
Alves is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ishii moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Oh Alves is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ishii throws a monster overhand right that drops Alves! Ishii follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kazunori Ishii!
