Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane McLain!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gumption does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
McLain throws out a counter right but Gumption avoids it with no problem.
McLain throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gumption looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McLain misses with a left hand
and Gumption makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
McLain throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gumption scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Gumption throws a front kick that sends McLain stumbling back into the cage.
Gumption avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Gumption changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
McLain throws a lazy uppercut

and Gumption holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
McLain with an attempt at a knee that misses.
McLain has had enough of the clinch but Gumption keeps him there for the moment.
Gumption stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gumption tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Gumption lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Gumption is stalling here.
Gumption lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McLain is looking to break free of the clinch but Gumption has double underhooks.

Gumption tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Gumption drops McLain onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! McLain is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

McLain is rocked!
Gumption creates a bit of space for himself and rocks McLain with a big uppercut! McLain tries to clinch up but Gumption pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples McLain to the mat! McLain covers up and Gumption unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
