Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Police State (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). State comes to the cage accompanied by Die for Metal. Velasquez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Accept's Balls To The Wall kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

31 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Juan Velasquez!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez moves out of range as State throws a body kick.
Velasquez throws a hook but State avoids it easily.
State lands with a straight right. Velasquez didn't see that one coming.
It looks like Juan Velasquez has been cut.
State tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Velasquez manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Velasquez on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
State will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
State slips a jab from Velasquez.
Velasquez looks for the body kick but State saw that one coming.
State does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
That kick from Velasquez tenderised State's leg. State is trying to keep his angry face on.
Velasquez keeps the fight on the outside.
Velasquez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
State slips under a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
State changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Velasquez tries to avoid it but State manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Velasquez to the ground. Velasquez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
State looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
State is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Velasquez.
Velasquez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
State on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
State misses with an uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jab, jab by Velasquez - just one landing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Velasquez connects with a high kick.
It looks like Police State has been cut.
Velasquez throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
State misses with an attempted mid kick.
Velasquez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
State scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
State keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Velasquez.
State misses with an attempted mid kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Velasquez.
State fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
State lands a big uppercut and Velasquez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Velasquez looks OK. State waves Velasquez back to his feet!
Velasquez is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A clash of legs there as State blocks the low kick.
Velasquez is still on wobbly legs! Can State finish him?
State misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Velasquez defends well against a solid takedown attempt from State.
Velasquez drops his hands momentarily and State needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Velasquez just on the top of the head. Velasquez drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Velasquez - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Police State!
Police State decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
