The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fighter 1 clinches with his opponent.

Garcia drops down looking for an ankle pick but Fighter 1 pulls his leg out and moves away.

Fighter 1 fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Garcia to the ground. Fighter 1 is now in Garcia's guard.
Garcia is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Fighter 1 controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Fighter 1 has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Fighter 1 gets to his feet - Garcia follows without any prompting.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fighter 1 with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
A nice left hand lands by Fighter 1.
Garcia has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Fighter 1 is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Fighter 1 lands a right hand that snaps the head of Garcia backwards.

Fighter 1 breaks from the clinch.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Fighter 1! Garcia is out on his feet! Fighter 1 rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Garcia is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Garcia is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
