Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Timothy Robinson and Robledo Puch. Puch has chosen I Am The Killer Of Trolls as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Robledo Puch acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 wins, 9 losses and 2 draws, fighting out of London, Timothy Robinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 wins, 10 losses and 2 draws, fighting out of Helsinki, Robledo Puch!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson takes a swing at Puch's ribcage but misses.
Puch throws out a counter right but Robinson avoids it with no problem.
Puch throws a hook but Robinson avoids it easily.
Robinson tries to move into range but Puch moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Robinson fails to land the takedown.
It seemed like Puch was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Puch scores with a jab. Robinson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Robinson throws a shot from downtown. Puch moves away and avoids it.
Puch misses the jab.
Robinson was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Puch closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Robinson quickly recovers to half guard.
Robinson misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Puch seems to be working for a kimura but Robinson defends the submission attempt.

Robinson wants to control but Puch is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Robinson wants to improve his position but Puch is controlling well.
Robinson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Puch is working away from the top position though.
Robinson is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Puch is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Puch is working for a kimura but Robinson is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Robinson flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Puch is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Robinson is staying active underneath Puch, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Puch wants to lay and pray for a moment but Robinson keeps working.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Puch.
Puch laying and praying for a moment but Robinson takes advantage and regains half guard.

Puch is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Robinson has managed to free his arm - good work.

Puch is keen to just control but Robinson is a slippery customer.
Robinson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Puch scores with a couple of nice shots.
Puch trying to control from half guard but Robinson is working away.
Robinson is looking to control Puch's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Robinson avoid being mounted?

Robinson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Puch pulls his head out easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Robinson is not content to let Puch control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Robledo Puch dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Robinson ducks under a wild hook from Puch.
Puch bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Puch throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Robinson was covering up waiting for the punch and Puch finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Puch stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Robinson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Puch works over Robinson with some ground and pound from guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Robinson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Puch postures up.
Puch working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Puch avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Puch wants to control from the top but Robinson keeps moving.

Puch in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Puch got a little sloppy there for a moment and Robinson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Puch has managed to get both his arms back between Robinson's legs - danger averted.

Robinson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Puch gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Robinson is looking for a triangle but Puch pushes his legs off easily.
Puch makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Puch drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Puch jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Puch slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Puch wants to control from the top but Robinson keeps moving.
Puch passes into half guard.
