Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Venger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson Goldstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Venger comes into the arena with Live and Let Die blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldstein throws a low kick but Venger moves out of range easily.
Venger jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Goldstein will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Venger closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Goldstein's guard.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Goldstein looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Venger can't hide his disappointment, as Goldstein celebrates the victory.
