Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fubar Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lorenzo Babidi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lorenzo Babidi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Fubar Teller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lorenzo Babidi!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teller checks the leg kick nicely there.
Teller misses with a kick to the body.
Teller fails to land the takedown.
A nice leg kick lands there from Teller.
Teller swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Teller throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Fubar Teller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Teller shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Babidi's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Babidi looking for a sweep. Not yet Babidi, not yet.

Teller drops back looking for a leg! Babidi is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Babidi manages to kick Teller off! Teller jumps back into Babidi's guard.
Babidi is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Teller chips away with some ground and pound.
Teller is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Team Meanor MMA™ that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Teller postures up.

Babidi being controlled here, momentarily.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Babidi can do anything to dispel that myth.
Babidi has momentary wrist control but Teller slips an elbow through the middle.

Teller is looking to work some ground and pound but Babidi has wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Teller connects with a couple of short punches.

Babidi has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Babidi can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Teller controls the pace.
Teller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Babidi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Teller is looking to work some ground and pound but Babidi has wrist control.
Teller postures up in Babidi's guard and throws a big left but Babidi blocks it.
Teller in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Babidi is controlling Teller's posture.
Babidi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Teller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Teller throws a big right hand that misses.

Teller is looking to work some ground and pound but Babidi has wrist control.
Teller sitting in guard here, content to control.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Teller is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Babidi has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Teller has passed into side control.
Babidi taking punishment in the form of punches.

Teller working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Babidi tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Teller wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Babidi keeps Teller under control for a moment.
Babidi tries to improve position but can't.
Teller looks up at the clock and then as Babidi takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Teller smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Babidi can't do much from the bottom here.
Teller is putting a hurting on Babidi here, landing some big shots from side control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Teller has hold of Babidi's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Babidi seems comfortable defending it but Teller has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Babidi is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Babidi is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Teller couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Fubar Teller!
