Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vit Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Constrictor Boa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tu comes to the ring accompanied by Blanket on the ground. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 42 - 22 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vit Tu!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Constrictor Boa!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Viktor Lagutenko and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tu rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Boa counters with a nice body kick.
Tu uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Boa.
A lazy left from Boa finds it's target.
Boa takes one to the side of the head.
A punch lands to the side of Boa 's head but he takes it in his stride.
An inside leg kick lands from Boa.
Tu closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Boa looks to throw a body kick
and Tu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tu misses with a takedown attempt
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
We've been informed that Boa has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
That kick from Boa tenderised Tu's leg. Tu is trying to keep his angry face on.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

We've been hearing reports that Tu has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Boa closes the distance and clinches.

Boa has managed to clinch.

Boa is looking to control Tu's arms but Tu gets an underhook and turns him. Now Boa has his back to the ropes.

Boa is looking for a kimura but Tu is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Boa to get the leverage.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Tu is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Boa's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Boa's back!
Boa rolls, trying to escape but Tu keeps control of the position.
Tu throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.

Boa is covering up but some of the strikes from Tu are getting through and doing damage.
Boa is trapped and Tu is scoring with shots to the head and body.

Boa tries to escape but Tu has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tu connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Boa to escape the position.

Tu has the hooks in. Boa is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Tu lands a big punch and Boa is covering up! Another big shot separates Boa from consciousness and this one is all over!
