Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Papas Kanamun!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ezekiel Puchowski!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Puchowski both land. Nice combination.
Puchowski throws a series of punches but Kanamun moves out of range.
Kanamun fails with the takedown
and Puchowski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kanamun tries to clinch up but Puchowski circles away and keeps his distance.

Puchowski cracks Kanamun with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Puchowski has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kanamun to stand back up!

Kanamun is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Oh Kanamun is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kanamun tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Puchowski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Puchowski circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kanamun seems to have got his legs back now.
Puchowski looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Puchowski misses with a series of wild punches.
Puchowski checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Kanamun moves in looking to clinch but Puchowski pushes him off.
Puchowski circles away from the clinch attempt.
Puchowski lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Oooooh!!! Puchowski has knocked Kanamun down with a huge combo! Puchowski steps away and waves a wobbly Kanamun back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Puchowski rushes Kanamun and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Puchowski lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Kanamun to his knees! Puchowski keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ezekiel Puchowski!
After the fight, Ezekiel Puchowski was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
