The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dude scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Dude throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jack swats away the attempt to clinch by Dude.
Dude seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Dude really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Dude checks a leg kick.
Dude lands with a hook. Jack tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jack misses with a low kick.
Dude slips under a jab from Jack.
Dude throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Jack appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Dude will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Good leg kick by Jack there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jack checks the leg kick nicely there.
Dude throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Tall Dude seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dude scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

A little jabbing left from Jack on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Dude bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Jack looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Jack stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dude.
A punch lands to the side of Jack 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Dude uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jack.
Jack takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Dude throws a push kick but Jack slaps the foot to one side.

Dude misses with an uppercut. Jack saw that one coming.
Dude fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Jack breaks the clinch.
Dude throws a leg kick but Jack sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Dude tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Jack manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
It seemed like Jack was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Dude tests Jack's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Dude gets tackled into the ropes by Jack. Jack maintains the clinch.
A short right from Jack on the inside.
Jack misses with a punch on the inside.
Dude throws a knee to the head but misses.
Jack swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Jack manages to break the clinch.

Dude scores with a kick to the midsection.
Dude throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dude throws a hook to the side of Jack's head but Jack sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Dude is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Dude buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jack keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Nice shot lands for Dude.
Dude lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Dude uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jack.
Jack moves out of range of the leg kick from Dude.
Dude gets cracked there but stands up to it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
