Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drew Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirk NoItsHe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

NoItsHe looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Strong has one foot on NoItsHe's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

NoItsHe feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
NoItsHe wants to control from the top but Strong keeps moving.
Strong throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
NoItsHe looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

NoItsHe slips a nice elbow through Strong's hands, connecting with Strong's forehead.
Strong is staying active underneath NoItsHe, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
NoItsHe looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Strong with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

NoItsHe is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Strong doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time NoItsHe.
NoItsHe moves into full mount! Strong won't be happy about that!

NoItsHe goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Strong is on top in guard.

NoItsHe had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Strong defends it easily.
NoItsHe throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

NoItsHe controls Strong momentarily but Strong frees himself.

NoItsHe is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Strong is looking to work some ground and pound but NoItsHe has wrist control.

NoItsHe is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Strong is aware though and is defending well.

NoItsHe is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Strong is controlling him.

NoItsHe scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Dirk NoItsHe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

NoItsHe throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Strong was covering up waiting for the punch and NoItsHe finishes the takedown easily into guard.
NoItsHe throws a strike but Strong rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
NoItsHe is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Strong has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of NoItsHe's face.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Strong cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

NoItsHe trying to control the position but Strong manages to sink in the hooks.
Strong lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
NoItsHe is really stuck here.
Strong throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting NoItsHe!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
NoItsHe sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Strong's guard.
Strong is staying active underneath NoItsHe, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

NoItsHe is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Strong is just riding it out for now. NoItsHe eventually gives up the hold.
