Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buzz Aldren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wong Solo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Solo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Aldren could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Solo takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Wong Solo has been cut.

Solo forces Aldren back against the cage and clinches.
Aldren has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Solo avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Aldren can't break the clinch.
Aldren tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Solo has Aldren pressed against the cage, preventing Aldren from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Aldren misses with a short punch on the inside.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Solo.
Aldren tries to break free but Solo pushes him back against the cage.
Aldren is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Solo pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Solo lands with a light punch inside.

Solo just leaning against Aldren, taking a breather.
Solo throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Aldrens head.
Oh Aldren is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Aldren throws a head punch that misses.
Aldren wants to break the clinch but can't.
Solo has Aldren pressed against the cage. Aldren drops his hands and Solo takes advantage by unloading with a massive hook that sends Aldren tumbling to the canvas! Solo rains down with more punches but Aldren was already out! That's a highlight reel knockout for Solo!
