The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Marish misses its intended target.
Marish lands an overhand right.

It looks like Xanana Dias has been cut.
Marish tries to bum rush Dias with a series of wild strikes but Dias uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
As Marish tries to get set, Dias tries to push him back and clinch up but Marish manages to avoid the attempt.
Marish has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Marish there as he acknowledges the shot.
Marish looks to land a left hand but Dias moved out of range nicely.
Marish's corner calls for a 1-2. Marish obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Dias uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Marish.

Dias gets in close and instigates a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Marish is trying to push Dias away but Dias has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Marish is rocked!
Marish has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Dias seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Marish can turn it around.
Dias swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Dias dips a shoulder and cracks Marish with a mighty uppercut! Marish falls back against the cage and Dias unloads with a barrage of strikes! Marish is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Dias screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
