Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carolus Rex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Last King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes into a darkened arena with his song building. i just want it all kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Carolus Rex!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Last King!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rex closes the distance and clinches.
I was talking to Rex's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
King working hard to break the clinch.
Rex keeps the fight in the clinch, despite King's efforts to push away.

Rex breaks the clinch.
The fighters circle momentarily. Rex darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Rex lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Rex scores with a crisp jab that stopped King in his tracks.
King throws a right and a left that Rex avoids nicely.
Rex throws a big counter combination but King scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Rex moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Rex works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
King tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rex looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rex lands with an overhand left.
King throws a head kick that misses.
Rex cracks King with a good jab.
King takes one to the chin there.
Rex slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
King misses with a double jab.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rex, right into the meat.
Left hook, right uppercut from Rex.
King throws a head kick but Rex moves out of range.
Rex swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Rex feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kings jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
King throws the kick towards the body but Rex avoids it.
Rex goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

That's one minute gone in the round.
King throws a head kick that misses
and King takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

King is rocked!
King fails with an attempt to clinch.
King is still on wobbly legs! Can Rex finish him?
King takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
King seems to have recovered his senses.
King throws a head kick that misses.

Rex moves into range and connects with a jab.
Rex is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Rex throws a one two combo.
A nice leg kick lands there from Rex.
Rex connects with a looping right hand.
Rex lands a hook that stumbles King back into the cage. Rex follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping King to the canvas! Rex pounces and lands several unanswered shots - King has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
