The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Rolla.
Twelve throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rolla's waist but Rolla gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Twelve off to one side.
Twelve fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Twelve fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rolla scores with a body shot.
Twelve darts in looking for a takedown but Rolla gets double underhooks and turns Twelve into the cage.
Rolla seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Ronnie Rolla has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fighter Twelve.
Twelve tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rolla swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Twelve tries to bum rush Rolla with a series of wild strikes but Rolla uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rolla slaps away a takedown attempt from Twelve, before circling back to the center of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rolla cracks Twelve with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Rolla connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Twelve ducks right into an uppercut from Rolla.
Rolla lands a head shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Twelve tries a head kick but it misses.
Rolla appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Rolla lands a slapping body shot.
Twelve takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Twelve tries for a takedown but Rolla circles away easily
and Twelve takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Twelve is rocked!

It looks like Fighter Twelve has been cut.
Twelve dives in and grabs Rolla's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rolla pushes down on Twelve's head and hops out.
Rolla wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Twelve looks winded!

Rolla drops Twelve with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Twelve looks back up at him and smiles so Rolla waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Twelve is still on wobbly legs! Can Rolla finish him?
Rolla is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rolla lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Twelve goes down and covers up as Rolla starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
