Kenardly comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Strokin kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

With a record of 12 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bryant Baez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lars Kenardly!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kenardly.
Kenardly throws a chopping leg kick but Baez manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Baez lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A big right from Baez misses.
Baez throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Kenardly throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kenardly misses with a straight right.
Baez buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Lars Kenardly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kenardly throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Kenardly scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Baez tried to counter with a leg kick but Kenardly avoided it.
Baez connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kenardly momentarily.
Baez misses with a low kick as Kenardly jumps back.
Kenardly lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baez circles away quickly and effectively.
We've been informed that Kenardly has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Baez throws a leg kick but Kenardly sees it coming and moves out of range.
Baez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Baez jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Kenardly throws a lazy right hand but Baez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Baez misses the target.
Kenardly looks for the body kick but Baez saw that one coming.
Kenardly misses with a jab, cross combination.
Baez ducks under a wild hook from Kenardly.
Kenardly misses with an uppercut. Baez saw that one coming.
Baez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kenardly swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Kenardly lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baez circles away quickly and effectively.
Nice body kick there by Baez.

enabling Baez to counter with a crisp jab.
Kenardly lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baez circles away quickly and effectively.

Decent striking displayed by Baez there.
A looping hook to the body misses from Baez. Kenardly does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kenardly takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Baez thows a left - swing and a miss!

Baez lets loose with a powerful body kick. Kenardly will feel that in the morning.
A left and a right from Kenardly both land. Nice combination.
Baez darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Kenardly throws a hook to the side of Baez's head but Baez sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Baez throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Kenardly slips a straight right by Baez.
Kenardly throws a right and a left that Baez avoids nicely.
Kenardly misses the jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Baez moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.


Kenardly is rocked!


It looks like Lars Kenardly has been cut.
Baez fakes the body blow, causing Kenardly to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Kenardly goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
