Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between JD Wildstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominik Kokoszka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wildstein comes to the cage accompanied by Bring It On. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been informed that Kokoszka has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kokoszka lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wildstein has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wildstein and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kokoszka manages to work his way to half guard, despite Wildstein's best efforts.
Wildstein looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kokoszka with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wildstein is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Well Wildstein has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

JD Wildstein decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
