Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Evil Kullervo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Corwin Anstey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kullervo's entrance music is Kullervo Entrance Theme. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Corwin Anstey!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kullervo is looking to land body kicks.
Kullervo throws a shot from downtown. Anstey moves away and avoids it.
Anstey only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Kullervo gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Anstey counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kullervo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Anstey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Anstey uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Kullervo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gutz Gym in the buildup to the fight.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kullervo clobbers Anstey with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Anstey clinches up with Kullervo and pushes him back against the cage.

Anstey struggles to land a body shot inside as Kullervo controls his hands.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kullervo.

Anstey digs a right hand underneath Kullervo's ribcage. Kullervo let out a lung full of air as it connected.

That kick from Kullervo tenderised Anstey's leg. Anstey is trying to keep his angry face on.
Kullervo throws a lazy right hand but Anstey sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Anstey changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kullervo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kullervo is trying to improve his position.
Kullervo can't do much from the bottom here.
Anstey landing strikes.
Kullervo sneaks back into half guard.
Kullervo wants to control but Anstey is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Anstey throws a strike but Kullervo avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Kullervo tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Anstey lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Kullervo is pulling down on Anstey's head. It's preventing any offense from Anstey, at least for the moment.

Anstey wants to control from the top but Kullervo keeps moving.
Anstey throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kullervo works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Anstey trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Kullervo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Anstey's guard.

Anstey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kullervo is one step ahead there.

Anstey looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kullervo trying to control but Anstey is working from the bottom.

Anstey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kullervo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kullervo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Evil Kullervo will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Kullervo throws a jab but it's blocked by Anstey.

Kullervo drops Anstey with a beautiful combination! Anstey stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kullervo is looking for the KO!

Anstey is rocked!

It looks like Corwin Anstey has been cut.
Kullervo flashes Anstey a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Anstey's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Anstey crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Kullervo punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Evil Kullervo!
A very excited looking Evil Kullervo rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
