Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seth Smolka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perrin GoldenEyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying GoldenEyes's choice of entrance music: Goldfinger Theme Song. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Smolka.
GoldenEyes tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
GoldenEyes shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Smolka eats them both and turns towards GoldenEyes to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Smolka shoots for a double leg takedown but GoldenEyes sprawls well. He's pushed Smolka's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
GoldenEyes tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

GoldenEyes lands an elbow that stopped Smolka in his tracks for a moment.

GoldenEyes wants the takedown. Smolka is fighting it off but GoldenEyes persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Smolka's guard against the cage.

GoldenEyes stands and steps away. Smolka gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
GoldenEyes jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Smolka walks away with a smile on his face. GoldenEyes gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
GoldenEyes moves in looking to clinch but Smolka pushes him off.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. GoldenEyes connects with a nice short shot to Smolka's temple.
