Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keni Susi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Stig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Susi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Metallica - Hero of the Day. Keni Susi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to The Stig's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stig throws a half hearted mid kick.
Susi doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Stig counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Stig keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Stig throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Keni Susi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stig swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stig lands a jab to the nose.

Stig tries to sprawl but Susi drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Stig has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Susi is on him like a limpet, forcing Stig back against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stig lands with a light punch inside.
Susi tries to pull guard but Stig holds him up against the cage and eventually Susi drops back down to his feet.

Stig pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Susi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A little jabbing left from Stig on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Susi shoots in but Stig avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Susi slips under a jab from Stig.
Susi moves out of range of the body kick from Stig.
Stig fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
No luck for Susi with that takedown attempt.
Stig lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Stig slaps away a takedown attempt from Susi, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Susi tries to close the distance and clinch but Stig swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Susi takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Susi shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stig napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Stig is looking for a sweep.
I wouldn't like to be where Stig is right now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Susi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Susi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Stig is just riding it out for now. Susi eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Susi is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Stig defends it well.

Susi manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Stig on his heels. He'll look to pass Stig's guard now, I'm sure.
Stig is looking to stand back up but Susi counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Stig.

Stig has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Susi is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Stig doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Susi.

Susi is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stig is looking for a sweep. Susi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Susi is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Susi is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Stig reverses the position - he's now on top in Susi's guard.

Susi is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at V Elite Gym, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
Susi might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stig not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Susi pushes a forearm under Stig's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Stig is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
