Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 wins, 6 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of New York, The Beast!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 wins, 7 losses and 1 draws, fighting out of London, Silent Bob!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beast changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bob tries to avoid it but Beast manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bob to the ground. Bob escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bob throws an off balance right hand
and Beast counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Beast tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bob sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Beast somewhat.
Bob pulls out of a head kick attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Beast.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Beast. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Beast closes the distance and clinches up with Bob, looking for a takedown. Beast pushes Bob against the cage but Bob circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bob throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bob digs a good body shot into Beast's ribs.
Bob looks to land a right hand but Beast moved out of range.
Bob has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Beast finds it's way round the side to connect with Bob's head.
Beast with a lazy takedown attempt
and Bob cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Beast tries for a takedown but Bob sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Bob looks to land a body kick but Beast moved away.
Bob stuffs the takedown attempt from Beast. Beast gets slowly back to his feet.
Bob follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Bob misses with a kick to the body.
Beast misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A slapping body kick lands there for Bob.
Beast closes the distance and clinches up with Bob, looking for a takedown. Beast pushes Bob against the cage but Bob circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Beast avoids the body shot from Bob.
Bob throws a head kick but Beast moves out of range.
Bob misses with a body kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Beast takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Beast closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bob's guard.

Bob has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Beast is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bob scores with a hook to the body.
Beast fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Beast blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Beast.
Bob gets underhooks to prevent Beast's takedown attempt.
Bob throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Beasts head.
Beast tries for a takedown. No joy.
Bob gets underhooks to prevent Beast's takedown attempt.
Bob pushes Beast back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Beast is breathing heavily.
Beast has a couple of punches blocked by Bob.
Bob lands a right hand that snaps the head of Beast backwards.
A left hand lands to the body for Bob.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bob lands a body punch.
A shot in the inside from Bob.
Bob lands a body punch in the clinch.
Bob misses with a hook to the ribs.
Bob stops a takedown attempt from Beast.
Bob makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Bob cracks Beast with a nice body shot.
Bob lands a shoulder strike.
A short body shot lands from Bob as the two fighters clinch.
Still in the clinch, Bob scores with a nice short uppercut.
Bob tries to throw a body punch but Beast avoids it by throwing Bob back against the cage.
Bob lands with a short shot to the head.
Bob lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Beast.
Beast looking for a takedown.
Bob scores with a hook to the body.
Nice body punch from Bob - that landed with a thud.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bob creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Bob is working Beast over against the cage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bob throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Beast tries to throw a body punch but Bob avoids it by throwing Beast back against the cage.
Bob misses with a punch on the inside.
Bob lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Beast backwards.
Bob lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Beast is rocked!
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Bob.
Oh Beast is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bob's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Beast seems to have got his legs back now.
A telegraphed right hand from Beast misses the target.
Bob pounces like a tiger and cracks Beast with a vicious hook! Beast is down but not out! Bob follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Silent Bob!
