Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Aristides Leopoldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Garrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leopoldo comes to the cage accompanied by Carmina Burana - Carl Orff. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garrison connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Pedro Aristides Leopoldo has been cut.
Garrison uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Leopoldo.
Leopoldo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Garrison throws a head kick that Leopoldo semi-blocks.
Leopoldo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Leopoldo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Garrison's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Garrison duly obliges.
Garrison defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Leopoldo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Garrison counters with a head kick that drops Leopoldo to the mat! Leopoldo scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Garrison tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Leopoldo feinted with a counter takedown.
Leopoldo tries for a takedown but Garrison sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Look low, kick high! Garrison uses the oldest trick in the book to send Leopoldo tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Garrison is absolutely delighted - when Leopoldo wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
