Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jose Cronos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Friedrich Bergfried (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cronos comes to the cage accompanied by Sandstorm. On his way into the cage it seems that Jose Cronos has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jose Cronos seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bergfried bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Cronos has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Canadian Dragon MMA in the buildup to the fight.

Cronos has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bergfried.
Cronos takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Cronos will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Cronos uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bergfried.
Bergfried wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Cronos throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bergfried's waist but Bergfried gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cronos off to one side.

Cronos feints a jab promting Bergfried to slip. Cronos then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Bergfried slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Well Bergfried has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
