The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galloway shoots in for a takedown but Reach shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Reach appears to be looking for a big counter.
Galloway tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Reach was well out of range. Poor timing from Galloway.
Galloway wants to clinch up but Reach keeps it at a distance.

Galloway's coach down at The Iron Works $800 Elite Coaches was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Galloway's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Mike Galloway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Reach pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
