Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arnold Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stones Mahones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mahones has chosen This Is My BOOMSTICK as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Arnold Wang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Stones Mahones!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Alyssa Summers and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Mahones stuffs the takedown attempt from Wang. Wang gets slowly back to his feet.
Mahones now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mahones connects with the punch.

It looks like Arnold Wang has been cut.

Wang takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Wang has his takedown stuffed
and Mahones counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Wang looks for a takedown but Mahones sprawls well.

Mahones pushes Wang up against the cage in a clinch.

Mahones gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Wang.
Wang changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mahones fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Stones Mahones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Wang feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Mahones manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Wang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Wang goes for a takedown in the clinch but Mahones prevents it.
Wang really is a fat lump.

Mahones lands a shot to the body.

Mahones drops Wang onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Wang is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Wang goes for a takedown in the clinch but Mahones prevents it.

Wang has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mahones is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Mahones has Wang pressed against the cage. Wang drops his hands and Mahones takes advantage by unloading with a massive hook that sends Wang tumbling to the canvas! Mahones rains down with more punches but Wang was already out! That's a highlight reel knockout for Mahones!

A pretty intense looking Stones Mahones took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
