Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between George North (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Olson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). North comes to the cage accompanied by Vince Staples- Norf Norf. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olson avoids the head kick by North.
North throws a head kick but Olson moves out of range.

North takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Olson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but North manages to avoid it.

North takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Olson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around North's waist but North gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Olson off to one side.
North pulls out of a head kick attempt.
North looks for the body kick but Olson saw that one coming.
Olson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

North gets caught flat footed, as Olson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Olson seems to be working for a kimura but North defends the submission attempt.
North is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Olson scores with a couple of nice shots.
Olson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
North is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Olson jumps into side control!
Olson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

After winning the bout, Andrew Olson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
