Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Klajdi Kelmendi!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wainamoinen tests Kelmendi's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wainamoinen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wainamoinen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kelmendi moves away.
Wainamoinen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kelmendi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Wainamoinen with a nice cross.
A swing and a miss from Wainamoinen.
Kelmendi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Wainamoinen throws a shot from downtown. Kelmendi moves away and avoids it.
Kelmendi throws out a counter right but Wainamoinen avoids it with no problem.
Wainamoinen avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kelmendi misses with a hook
and Wainamoinen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wainamoinen looks to score with a jab to the body but Kelmendi is just out of range.
Kelmendi's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kelmendi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Wainamoinen scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kelmendi in his tracks.

Kelmendi drops Wainamoinen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Wainamoinen looks back up at him and smiles so Kelmendi waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Wainamoinen is rocked!

It looks like Veikkko Wainamoinen has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wainamoinen throws a jab but it's blocked by Kelmendi.
Oh Wainamoinen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wainamoinen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kelmendi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wainamoinen scores with a shot to the body.
Wainamoinen seems to have got his legs back now.
Kelmendi measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Wainamoinen! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
