Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kristus Koistinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vadim Nazarov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nazarov has chosen "Fade to Black" by Metallica as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Nazarov - just one landing.
Koistinen lands with a nice combination. Nazarov backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Vadim Nazarov has been cut.

Koistinen sizes up Nazarov with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nazarov lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Koistinen.

I really don't envy Koistinen right now.

Koistinen has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Nazarov has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Koistinen.

Nazarov drops a big shot to the side of Koistinen's head! Oh, Koistinen is out! He's out cold! Nazarov jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner. In his post fight interview he thanks God. Saying that without him, he wouldn't have the power to knock his opponent senseless. Amen.
