The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira wants to slow Wilson down by chopping away at his legs.
Wilson lands with a cross.
Ferreira scores with a hook to the body. Wilson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wilson misses with a low kick.
Ferreira looks to land a body kick but Wilson moved away.
Ferreira uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wilson.
Ferreira fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wilson manages to avoid it.
Ferreira throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

And Wilson tries to counter it with a takedown but Ferreira pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Wilson misses with an uppercut. Ferreira saw that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Sam Wilson has been cut.
Ferreira tests Wilson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ferreira attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Ferreira moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Ferreira cracks Wilson with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Wilson falls to his knees and Ferreira doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
