Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Harding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Watson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Everybody On The Ground kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Mike Harding has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Watson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Harding is trying to defend but Watson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Harding manages to escape and get back to his feet!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Harding.
Harding throws a head kick that Watson semi-blocks.

Watson rushes Harding and presses him up against the cage.

Harding is fighting off a takedown attempt but Watson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Harding to the mat. Harding regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Harding has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Watson is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Watson pulls guard successfully.
Harding postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Harding postures up in Watson's guard and throws a big left but Watson blocks it.
Watson has his hands on Harding's head, controlling the position.
Watson is striking but Harding is not phased and passes to half guard.
Harding seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Watson is pressing down on Harding's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Watson is working an open guard so Harding takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Watson drives through with a takedown into guard.
Watson postures up and lands a big shot to Harding's brow.
Watson lands a couple of elbows.
Watson throws a strike but Harding rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Watson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Harding controls the pace.
Watson lands an upkick as Harding stands over him.

Harding slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Watson.
Watson misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Watson wants to sweep but Harding has passed to side control!
Harding in side control, throwing shots but Watson defends.
Harding creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Harding creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Watson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Harding misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Watson is looking to reverse the position.
Watson looking for a sweep but Harding has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Harding moves to take his opponent's back.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Watson can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mike Harding dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Sloppy strikes from Watson. Those never looked like landing.
Watson Throws a clean left jab. Watson Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Harding's chin! Harding crumbles to the ground and Watson follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Watson!

Bubba Watson decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
