Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Solid Capybara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paddy Kubiak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paddy Kubiak has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Solid Capybara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Paddy Kubiak!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kubiak closes the distance and clinches up with Capybara, looking for a takedown. Kubiak pushes Capybara against the cage but Capybara circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Capybara throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kubiak was covering up waiting for the punch and Capybara finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Kubiak really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Capybara. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Capybara forces his way into half guard.
Capybara content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Kubiak is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kubiak has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Capybara is working away from the top position though.
Capybara passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kubiak!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Capybara has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Capybara is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kubiak sees it coming and defends easily.
Capybara is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Capybara is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Capybara keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Capybara looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Capybara throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kubiak tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Capybara is in Kubiak's guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Capybara moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
We've been informed that Kubiak has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Solid Capybara overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Capybara looking for a sweep. Not yet Capybara, not yet.
Capybara has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kubiak should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Capybara has tightened it up now! Kubiak should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
