The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Webb shoots in for a takedown but Mon Ami shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mon Ami.
Mon Ami lands a nice looking body shot.
Mon Ami lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Mon Ami lands a right hook to the body.
Webb gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mon Ami.
Webb throws a looping overhand right but Mon Ami ducks down to avoid it.
Webb misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Webb throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Mon Ami counters with a nice low kick that buckles Webb's knee momentarily.
Mon Ami buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Mon Ami misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A little jabbing left from Webb on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Mon Ami lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mon Ami is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Mon Ami closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Mon Ami.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mon Ami.
Mon Ami tries to throw a body punch but Webb avoids it by throwing Mon Ami back against the cage.
Mon Ami gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Webb.

Webb has Mon Ami pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Webb pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mon Ami tumbling to the mat - Webb dives into Mon Ami's guard.

Mon Ami is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Webb frees his head nicely. Oh but Mon Ami has switched to an armbar! Webb is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
