Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anders Annorlunda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Glass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Annorlunda's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Devils Dance Floor. Anders Annorlunda has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anders Annorlunda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of London, Martin Glass!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Annorlunda misses with a wild combination.
Annorlunda misses with a head kick.
Glass uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Annorlunda.

Glass pushes Annorlunda up against the ropes in a clinch.
Annorlunda is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Glass's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A head kick misses from Annorlunda.
Annorlunda fails with the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Glass shoots for a takedown but Annorlunda saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Annorlunda wants to clinch.

Glass fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Annorlunda, pushing him back against the ropes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Glass tries to pull guard but Annorlunda forces him back to his feet, against the ropes.
Annorlunda tries to circle away but Glass has him pinned against the ropes.

Glass manages to break the clinch.
Annorlunda throws a head kick that misses.

Glass gets a clinch.
Annorlunda goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Glass blocks an elbow strike.
Annorlunda pushes off an throws an elbow but Glass leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.

Glass pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Annorlunda throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Glass's waist but Glass gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Annorlunda off to one side.

Annorlunda looking to score a takedown here. Glass is defending well but Annorlunda drives through and ends up in Glass's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Annorlunda trying to control but Glass is working from the bottom.
Annorlunda has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Annorlunda wants to stand but Glass has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Glass wants to get back to his feet but Annorlunda passes into half guard.
Annorlunda drops an elbow to the side of Glass's head.
Annorlunda tries to pass the half guard into mount. Glass knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Glass is looking to control Annorlunda's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Glass avoid being mounted?
Annorlunda sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Glass defending well though.
Annorlunda will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Glass pushes Annorlunda off looking to stand but Annorlunda dives back in and keeps control.
We've been hearing good reports from Annorlunda's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Annorlunda looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Glass wants to control but Annorlunda is keeping busy.
Glass manages to get to full guard.
Annorlunda is looking to advance position but Glass has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Annorlunda is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Glass cracks Annorlunda with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Annorlunda is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Glass content just to control the position here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Glass scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Annorlunda?
Annorlunda is desperately trying to improve his position but Glass has a good base and remains in mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Martin Glass will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Annorlunda lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Glass at a distance.

Glass closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Annorlunda did well to prevent Glass getting side control.
Annorlunda scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Glass manages to mount him!

Glass lands a nice shot to the head.
Annorlunda is wriggling around trying to escape.
Annorlunda's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Glass has isolated one of Annorlunda's arms. Annorlunda looking to fight him off but Glass twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
