Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Billy Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cormac Gutz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gutz has chosen Everyday as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Beast lands a big right hand that sends Gutz crashing to the mat! Beast stays standing though and waves Gutz back to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice inside leg kick there by Beast. That's going to slow Gutz down.

Beast does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Beast cracks Gutz with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Beast has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gutz to stand back up!

The ground and pound from Gutz seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Gutz is trying to control. Beast wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Gutz looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Beast avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Gutz.

Gutz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Gutz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gutz connects with a nice short shot to Beast's temple.
Gutz seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
