Jones has chosen It's not unusual as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kordic stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jones tests Kordic's chin there with a solid looking shot.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jones enables Kordic to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jones manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Jones avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Jones wants to stand and escape but Kordic is having none of it.
Kordic postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Jones is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kordic moves away.
Kordic throws a leg kick but Jones sees it coming and moves out of range.
Tom Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kordic lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Jones uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kordic.
Kordic connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones scores with a jab to the jaw.

It looks like John Kordic has been cut.
Jones misses the shot to the body.
Kordic looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Kordic forces Jones back against the cage and clinches.

Jones gets to his feet. Kordic looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Jones lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kordic swings for the body but Jones moves out of range.
Jones let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Kordic ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Jones stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kordic.
Kordic with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jones to score with a decent uppercut.

Jones fakes the body blow, causing Kordic to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Kordic goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
