Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Squiggy Squirrelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Take my hand. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a head kick that misses
and Squirrelly counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Squirrelly scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Jones fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Squirrelly to the ground. Jones is now in Squirrelly's guard.
Squirrelly wants to stand up but Jones is controlling him.

Squirrelly uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Jones has been working on his balance at MMA Gods Elite Gym (13 Elites), so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Squirrelly.

Squirrelly is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Jones had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Squirrelly ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jones moves away.
Squirrelly will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
As Squirrelly backs away, Jones returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Squirrelly has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jones lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Squirrelly has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Squirrelly and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Squirrelly has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Well Squirrelly has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
